UK Government forced to strengthen Net-Zero Strategy

We were delighted to see that on 18th July, 2022, during the UK’s hottest ever heatwave on record, a High Court Judge ruled Government’s Net Zero policies unlawful because the minister involved in the decision was not given the necessary information needed in order to make the decision lawfully.
