Our Sustainable Business Consultants worked with AST Networks, a global communications business with sites across EMEA, America’s, Asia, and the Pacific, to measure and manage their greenhouse gas emissions.
Our Senior Consultant Rex produced the organisation’s Greenhouse Gas Inventory for the baseline year 2019 to 2023 including Scope 1, Scope 2 and extending this to cover key Scope 3 emissions arising from their value chain and comparing changes over time.
He then helped AST Networks to collate meaningful and appropriate data, carried out energy audits to identify potential building upgrades to achieve cost and carbon savings, and are supporting them to plot a route towards achieving Net Zero.
We are currently working on their latest GHG Inventory for 2024.
With Groundwork’s help, we now have carbon reporting in a format that we can update annually, and are now able to look to implement meaningful and tangible actions that reduce our carbon footprint.
