Before I came on the programme, I has no understanding of Net Zero whatsoever.

I’ve got a little bit of learning now to be able to encourage people to come on side. So, when I’m talking about replacing boilers, I’ve now got the proof that getting rid of gas is a good thing to do.

We’ve now put a Sustainability Champion in place, which is really good as she’s a Director and she’s got a real passion for sustainability.
