Introduction
Groundwork’s experienced trainers and sustainability experts deliver IEMA’s Pathway to Net Zero 2-day, accredited training course to provide leaders with a strategic and operational overview of environmental sustainability.
Our courses take place in-person in venues across the UK, providing more interactive opportunities throughout the training and the added value of gaining insights and experiences from others on the course.
By taking part in the IEMA Pathways to Net Zero training you’ll develop practical strategies to navigate Net Zero, stay ahead of regulations and be in a good position to meet supply chain demands.
What Does Pathways to Net Zero Training Cover?
Over the two day IEMA Pathway to Net Zero course the training will cover:
- Why Net Zero is important
- Responding to Net Zero
- Greenhouse Gas reporting
- Carbon neutrality
- Net Zero methodology
- Developing a decarbonisation plan
- Net Zero across the value chain
- Communicating Net Zero
You’ll be required to complete a short, multiple choice quiz at the end of the training (completed off site, in your own time), once successful we will post you your certificate.

Eleanor Carter
Eleanor has been delivering environmental training for Groundwork for the past 12 months and has fantastic feedback from all her clients. Outside of delivering training, her consultancy experience focuses on supporting the manufacturing and construction sectors to enhance their energy efficiency, increase environmental performance and reduce carbon emissions.

Louise Bent
Louise is passionate about how effective environmental training can drive forward environmental change within a business. As a L3 AET qualified trainer she adapts her training for each cohort of learners and draws on her experience supporting businesses with Net Zero and energy efficiency throughout her course delivery.
