Thanks to funding from the UK Government and in partnership with InvestSefton, Groundwork’s sustainability consultants are on hand to help 60 businesses develop a bespoke sustainability action plan and provide wrap-around support for free!

We expect the businesses supported will save money and will be in the best position to attract new customers in the future.

On 12th March 2024, businesses from across Sefton gathered at the Waterfront Southport Hotel, for the launch event of Sustainable Sefton. Hosted by Groundwork in partnership with InvestSefton and supported by the UK Government, the event marked the beginning of an exciting journey towards sustainability for 60 local businesses. The event specifically focused on the accommodation sector, offering practical tips for B&Bs, small hotels, and other providers to become more sustainable.
